This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart beating on the good whitewater of First Broad. There's so much to do here at Taylors Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pine Mountain Campground is a nice spot for that. All through the summer highs here at       Taylors Lake get into the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 50's with temperatures at Taylors Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. Why not stop at Taylors Lake Dam if you're here, and there are plenty of folks from Shelby here at Taylors Lake. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Taylors Lake. You could also take a look at Cedar Lake if you're here                  at Taylors Lake; it's close by. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Taylors Lake has to offer, you can camp at Caretakers Cottage. All the water falling down from the sky makes Taylors Lake a wet spot; May is the month that gets the most rain, and April is the month with the least moisture.
