At Taylor Lake all through the summertime months highs are in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 40's; overnight lows in the 20's for Taylor Lake.

and naturally Buck Island Creek is a stunning stream that is worth visiting. Not far from Taylor Lake you obtain some delightful water scenery at Taylor Dam; a cool spot to check out is Hanging Rock.

place generally with a large amount of rain; all through July this area sees the most rain while January is typically the driest month.
