    Taylor Lake is a lake worth visiting. All through the summer months at Taylor Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Taylor Lake. Taylor Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain; January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place  
   to stay Holiday Inn Select Winston-Salem-Univ Pkwy, Nc is a splendid choice, and you can stay the night at Sunset Park Campground.
Get your pulse rate up on the splendid whitewater of Dan River. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Taylor Lake has to offer, you can camp at Moores Springs Campground on the Dan River, and if you're here, you could also check out wonderful Scott Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge King, and there's
 
               some flowing water close by, Buck Island Creek is a stream you can go to while you're here.
This lake is so wonderful. People from Winston-Salem love to come to Taylor Lake, and do take a hike on the Hanging Rock Trail. This place is great, just check out all the cool things to do close to Taylor Lake. Hanging Rock is something you shouldn't miss since you're here at Taylor Lake, and going for a hike along the Moores Knob Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Cascade Trail, and a tremendous place for whitewater paddling is Big Creek.
Taylor Dam is not far at all from Taylor Lake, and a spree to Taylor Lake wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Window Falls.
