Here at T Fields Lake there are plenty of people from Brevard, and a lake close by is Wolf Creek Lake. Float down the rapids of Tuckasegee River in a kayak, and do take a hike on the Foothills Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Toxaway Company Country Club is a golf course in the vicinity of T Fields Lake, and camping is available at Wolf Creek Overlook. T Fields       Lake is a pretty wet place usually with much precipitation; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is October. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. After a long day outdoors Best Western Smoky Mountain Inn is a delightful site to spend a night or two, and why not camp at Pounding Branch Campground while you're here at T Fields Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.                  Man, is there heaps of entertaining stuff to do next to T Fields Lake. T Fields Dam has splendid water scenery and it's near T Fields Lake; hiking is a popular thing to do around T Fields Lake; Art Loeb Trail is a delightful local trail. Cataloochee is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood, obviously you could also pop by Tanasee Creek Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to T Fields Lake. For the period of the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and night lows at T Fields Lake all through the wintertime frequently sink into the 20's. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Whiteside Mountain National Recreation Trail; Sapphire Valley Resort is a pleasant location to get some rest. Some of the water nearby flows, like Bracken Creek; if you come at the right time of year, Toxaway River - Upper offers some good whitewater. This place, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors cool stuff. This lake is so wonderful.
