This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful sight of scenic Brushy Knob is available from Lake Susan; Blue Ridge Parkway is a very good place to check out. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Lake Susan. The annual rain here at Lake Susan is about average; during the month of July you get the most rain around       here; October is when it's the driest. During the summertime highs here at Lake Susan reach the 80's while night lows are usually in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are typically in the 40's while Lake Susan night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. Why not check out close by Big Piney Branch since you're here at Lake Susan, and you might also want to pay a visit to Buck Gap since you're here at Lake Susan. But                  wait, there's more cool stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rocky Broad River, and you can never get enough of the pleasant skiing at Ski Beech. Any time is a fine time at Lake Susan if you go for the outdoors. Montreat Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could visit, and Comfort Inn Black Mountain is a great place to get some rest. Lake Susan is one of the lakes here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.
