Many people like to go to Straus Lake. Any time is a delightful time at Straus Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. If you're a golfer then a wonderful nearby course is Connestee Falls Golf Club, and the Black Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Mullinax Trail, and if you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brevard, Nc is a great choice. | | Mountains. Andy Cove is in the vicinity of Straus Lake and is a glorious place. There's so much to do here at Straus Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Carolina is a great site for that.

All the outdoors amusing stuff in the Blue Ridge Mountains will keep you coming
back again and again. If you came to camp Camp Rockbrook is a tremendous spot to do that; do take a hike on the Thompson Ridge Trail. This place rules, just explore all the entertaining stuff to do next to Straus Lake. At Straus Lake
you can spot Burl Mountain; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Laurel Falls Lake. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling
on Davidson River; you'll meet a lot of people from Brevard here.
Yeah, come up here to the Blue Ridge Mountains for a brilliant time. The Blue Ridge Mountains scenery is always beautiful. At Straus Lake during the warm days of
summer highs are in the 80's while night lows are generally in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Straus Lake.
There's always Straus Lake Dam to go to next to Straus Lake, and Dodsworth Spring is a lovely place to pop by while you're at Straus Lake.
