You'll hit upon a pretty lake called Clarks Lake near Stevens Pond, and after a long day outdoors Fayetteville-Days Inn North/Wade/I-95/Exit 58 is a delightful site to spend a night or two. You'll meet a lot of folks from Dunn here; don't leave Stevens Pond without first going for a hike along the American Beech Trail. All through the warm months here at Stevens Pond, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's while       overnight lows are commonly in the 60's. During the wintertime highs are mostly in the 40's while Stevens Pond night low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's. All the water falling down from the sky makes Stevens Pond a wet site; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; November is when it's the driest. If you came for an overnight stay Fayetteville Koa is a great place to camp, and there are glorious sites to look at along                  the Group Camp Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Buffalo Meadows is a stream that you may come across while you're here, and Woods Lake Dam has delightful water scenery. If the weather is delightful, you acquire a brilliant panorama of Killens Hill from Stevens Pond, and Wellons Gateway Inn is a tremendous place to get some rest. Camping at Stevens Pond is pleasant fun, Lazy Acres is a pleasant local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Near Stevens Pond you discover a golf course called Pine Burr Golf Course, and paddling on Cape Fear is so much fun. And that's not all you can do here at Stevens Pond.
