Spivey Lake is a nice lake to visit. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Spivey Lake. Go for a hike on the Side Hill Trail; if you have the time, Blue Ridge Parkway is a national park worth stopping at. All year is a great time in the Blue Ridge Mountains if you adore the outdoors. Why not go to nearby Ballard Creek while you're here at Spivey Lake; since you're here, you could also explore stunning Silvers Lake. You'll wish for more

Don't leave Spivey Lake without first going for a hike along the Shut-In Trail, and Asheville/North Carolina Days Inn is a magnificent place to get some rest. For the period of the summertime, highs mostly are in the 80's at Spivey Lake, and the nighttime is somewhat colder of course, frequently in the 60's. at Spivey Lake dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. There's fine hiking along the Laurel Mountain Trail, and drift down the rapids of Swannanoa River in a kayak. Life's too short to enjoy
all the entertaining stuff in the Blue Ridge Mountains. A great site to camp here at Spivey Lake is Mama Gertie's Hideaway, and if the weather is lovely, you obtain a magnificent view of Cedar Cliff from Spivey Lake. Spivey Lake
gets a normal amount of precipitation; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is October. Very delightful scenery and great skiing is what you get at Ski Beech; if you come at the right time of year,
Rocky Broad River offers some great whitewater. Hoopers Creek Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by; dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Asheville-Biltmore East@Blueri. So many fun things in the Blue Ridge Mountains,
just unbelievable. During your spree to Spivey Lake you'll meet some folks from Asheville for sure. This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Wolf
Laurel while you're here, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Brookwood Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. Ballard Gap is a magnificent site to stop by in the vicinity of Spivey Lake, and Spivey Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Azalea Country Campground is a nice local campground.
