North Carolina has many beautiful lakes and Sparta Mill Pond is one of them. So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains, too pleasant to be true. On a fine day at Sparta Mill Pond you can take a hike along the Mountain Trail, and Sparta Mill Pond is a perfect place to visit for more than one day, New River Canoe Rentals is a perfect place to camp nearby. | | - Alleghany Inn is a good choice. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains.
New River is a great whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Sparta Mill Pond, and you can stay the night at New River Canoe and Campground. This lake is so wonderful. A typical amount of precipitation falls here at Sparta Mill Pond; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is the month with the least moisture.

Mill Pond, you might not ever wanna return home again. Going for a hike along the Dogwood Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Olde Beau Golf Club is a pleasant golf course nearby. This lake is so
wonderful. A magnificent close by hotel is Galax Knights Inn; Sparta Mill Pond is a place with many visitors from North Wilkesboro. Man, is there loads of enjoyable stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you don't mind getting
drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on New River, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Perkins Knob Trail.
High temperatures at Sparta Mill Pond throughout the months of summer are in the 80's with overnight
lows in the 50's. During the wintertime highs are regularly in the 40's while Sparta Mill Pond night low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's.
