This lake is so wonderful. One of the governing features of the surroundings of Skelton Twin Lakes is Concord Mountain, and you'll most likely meet some folks from Asheville here. This is a fine area for people who like lakes. Brown Lake is a lake close by; Swannanoa River is a pleasant whitewater spot nearby. Man, is there a load of exciting stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. There's splendid hiking along the Side Hill Trail, and camping is available at Arden RV Park and Camp Grounds. This lake is so wonderful.
