A swamp like Colly Swamp next to Singletary Lake has lots of exciting things to see, and locations like Dog Bay are great to take a look at. But wait, there's more to do in the neighborhood of Singletary Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express WHITEVILLE (701 BYPASS). This lake is so wonderful. Some of the water close by flows, like Lake Drain,       and you'll stumble on a lovely lake called White Lake. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Singletary Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Throughout the winter the highs are regularly in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Singletary Lake are in the 30's. Singletary Lake is a wet site that gets lots of rain; July is the month that gets the most rain, and April meanwhile is the driest month.
