Yeah, come here to Sims Pond for a great time. Not far from Sims Pond, you'll locate Price Lake which is a charming lake, and you can never get enough of the tremendous skiing at Appalachian Mountain. This place, Sims Pond, it definitely has so much outdoors exciting stuff. If you need a place to stay Ridgeway Inn is a great choice, and there is a fine hiking trail nearby called the Yancey Ridge Trail. This place, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing

| | stuff. Blowing Rock Victorian Inn B&B is a brilliant spot to get some rest; skiing at Hawksnest is one of those things you just have to do. All the water falling down from the sky makes Sims Pond a wet place; May is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is December. if you come at the right time of year, Watauga River offers some delightful whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Boone Golf Club is a fine golf course close by, and there's some out of the ordinary stuff to see at Sims Pond
in the vicinity of Sims Pond. The warmest time of the year at Sims Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are generally in the 40's; night lows
