This lake is so wonderful. Americourt Hotel-Mountain City is a tremendous spot to get some rest, and the Appalachian National Scenic Trail is a great hiking trail close by. Saylor Lake is a beautiful lake in the Great Smoky Mountains. Some of the water close by flows, like Duck Branch, and if you came for an overnight stay Toe River Campground is a pleasant spot to camp. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things in the Great Smoky

| | Mountains. Johnson Hollow is a nice location to stop by right next door to Saylor Lake, and not far from Saylor Lake you'll find Saylors Lake which is a striking lake. Summertime highs at Saylor Lake frequently tend to be in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is typically July, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month of the year is October. This place, Saylor Lake, it simply has so much outdoors fun stuff. In the event that you
don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Toe River - South, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Red Fork Falls Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Burnt Mountain can
be seen from Saylor Lake; Mt. Mitchell Golf Club is a golf course nearby. If the weather is great here at Saylor Lake, you can go for a hike along the Stamping Ground Trail. North Toe River has a brilliant whitewater paddling
spot close by, and camping is available at Saylor Lake RV Park. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Great Smoky Mountains. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Marion NC is a magnificent location to spend a night or two. Lakes? Sure, Deer Park Lake is in the neighborhood.
