So many amusing things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains, not sufficient time. Fairfield Inn & Suites Elkin Jonesville is a pleasant site to get some rest, and Royall Lake is a location with many visitors from Mount Airy. You think that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. There's so much to do here at Royall Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Holly Ridge Family Campground       is a good place for that, and Royall Lake Dam is a wonderful location. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Royall Lake has to offer, you can camp at Deer Creek Recreational Vehicle Resort, and if you come at the right time of year, Mitchell River offers some tremendous whitewater. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Fisher River, and you'll find a wonderful lake                  called Chryson Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Take a little spree to North Prong South Fork Mitchell River while you're here at Royall Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Jonesville-Elkin Area, Nc, and a golf course nearby is Country Side Golf Course. The warmest time of the year at Royall Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are regularly in the 40's with temperatures at Royall Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. Royall Lake gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and January is when it's the driest.
