     North Carolina has many beautiful lakes and Rosasco Lake Upper is one of them. The summit of Baird Mountain can be spotted from Rosasco Lake Upper, and Dutch Creek Falls is an inspiring place to explore during your stay. This lake is so wonderful. You're in all probability keen on lakes, Potato Hill Lake is one of those nearby; after a long day outdoors Sugar Ski and Country Club is a fine spot to spend a night or two. Paddling on Watauga River is so much fun;  
   you can go for a hike on the Yancey Ridge Trail.
This place is unbeatable, just check out all the amusing things to do right next door to Rosasco Lake Upper. Vanderpool Campgrounds is a brilliant campground nearby; the skiing at Sugar Mountain is glorious. Looking for something close to Rosasco Lake Upper?                to visit for more than one day, Flintlock Campground is a wonderful place to camp nearby, and some close by water includes Baird Creek.
Good hiking is available along the Iron Mountain Trail. Rosasco Lake Upper is a rather wet place regularly with a lot of precipitation; most of the rain falls during May while December is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Rosasco Lake Upper there are plenty of folks from Boone; Hawksnest is a splendid local ski area.
Any time is a brilliant time at Rosasco Lake Upper if you fancy the outdoors. If you need a location to stay La Quinta Inn & Suites Boone is a brilliant choice, and close by Council Gap is a great location to go. Through the summer here at Rosasco Lake Upper, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Rosasco Lake Upper. There are splendid spots to look at along the Daniel Boone Scout Trail, and a cool spot to have a look at is Hayes Bluff.
