A glorious close by hotel is Dawson Motor Court, and this is a popular site for folks from Dunn. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Rhodes Pond. Rhodes Pond Dam is a place that is in close proximity to Rhodes Pond, and get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Upper Little River. For the period of the summertime months here at Rhodes       Pond, high temperatures commonly get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Rhodes Pond.
