     Not far from Rainbow Pond, you'll stumble on McNeill Pond which is a beautiful lake; while you're here, you could have a look at Big Sandy Run. Camping is available at Lazy Acres, and do visit Rainbow Pond Dam while you're here. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing things the area in the neighborhood of Rainbow Pond has to offer. Fairfield Inn Fayetteville I-95 is a pleasant location to get some rest, and if you came for an overnight stay  
   Fayetteville Koa is a great place to camp. Rainbow Pond is a wet place that gets a great deal of precipitation; July is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is November.

I can be reached at, yellowcheeks2001@yahoo.  We just bought a boat and don't know of any good size lakes to go to. If you know of a good spot, let me know....Good Lake for canoeing, but you have to stay near the creeks or geat a membership for 120 or so....

Smith lake is a nice place to camp, bike ride and swim. I have 3 young children and they had a BLAST! We plan on going again very soon. Bathrooms were clean and out of some of the campsites I've been to this is the one I like....Nice area for hiking, running, mt biking.  Also nice beach area for the summer....
