This lake is so wonderful. A glorious nearby hotel is Quality Inn Kinston, and Pulley Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Contentnea Creek RV and Trail Park is a great local campground. High temperatures at Pulley Pond all through the       summer are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. All through the winter the highs are generally in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Pulley Pond. Grays Millpond Dam is not far at all from Pulley Pond; you'll perhaps meet some people from Kinston here. There's so much to do here at Pulley Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Contentea Campground is a great location for that. Lakes are splendid; Turnage Millpond is a                  lake that's next to Pulley Pond. So many exciting things to do at Pulley Pond, so little time.
