Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites RALEIGH NORTH - WAKE FOREST is a pleasant place to get some rest, and unsurprisingly, this is a magnificent neighborhood for people who like lakes, Robertsons Pond is a lake in the vicinity. Perry Pond is a pretty wet place mostly with much rainfall; during the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is April. | | frequently get into the 80's with night lows in the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Perry Pond descend into the 20's.

Beaverdam Lake
 | Beaverdam Lake is really a part of Falls Lake. It is approximately fifteen minutes north of the I-540 beltway on Highway 50. Beaverdam Lake is separated from the main lake by a partial dam and bridge. It is approximately 500 acres in size.
Beaverdam Lake is restricted; no gasoline engines are allowed. This makes it a great place for kayaks, canoes, sailboats and electric-motor propelled boats. It has a very nice concrete boat ramp and adjacent dock, and has a very large parking lot. Adjacent to the boat launching ramp is a nice sand beach with floats delineating the swimming area and a small pavilion.
