A journey to Gallop Shoal is always fun; a journey to close by Cattle Pen Point is very relaxing. For the duration of the warm days of summer highs here at Perch Pond reach the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Perch Pond temperatures dip to the 30's. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. You'll hit       upon a gorgeous lake called The Hammock near Perch Pond, and dry warm beds await you at The Sanderling Resort and Spa. Lakes are such serene sites, why not stop at Big Pond right next door to Perch Pond; why not camp at Adventure Bound Campground if you're here at Perch Pond. This lake is so wonderful. The Jeep Trail is a wonderful hiking trail next to Perch Pond, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Goose Creek Golf & Country                  Club. Why not check out a swamp like Big Narrows while you're here at Perch Pond. Perch Pond gets a good deal of water; during July this area sees the most rain while November is typically the driest month.
