Pegram Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Why not explore Pegram Lake Dam if you're here; here at Pegram Lake you can see Rich Mountain. The Narrows is a good place to pop by nearby; enjoy a round of golf at Kenmure Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Larry Ball Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and paddling on Green River is so much fun.

many cool things in one place! The Blue Ridge Mountains is great! Camping at Orchard Lake Campground is always a tremendous experience, and Holiday Inn Express Hendersonville-Flat Rock,Nc is a splendid spot to get some rest. This
lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn & Suites.
Pegram Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is regularly March, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is January.

| This section is fun but not very difficult. The river is full of tubers in the summer. Trout fishing is good here so bring a rod, just be sure you know the regulations as they change on different sections and the game wardens are notorious ticket writers. The put in is at ''Fish Top'' access and the take out is at the ''Big Rock'' access parking lot both on Green River Cove Rd. Also from the Big Rock access to the public landing on Lake Adger is a good trip, but a little slower.... |

we came from california and have stayed at many different campgrounds. This is by far, the best we have found. Just perfect.... We plan on being here a long time.
...Bought by Susan and Steve Suber in 1997, the Flowermill RV. campground is in Taylors, SC. It's proximity to The Mountains and surrounding lakes makes it a perfect place to stay. The park is right next to the Enoree river on land that was once used as a mill. The old structure still exists as does the dam that provided its power. With its sandy beach and beautiful waterfall, I cant think of a better place to relax and let the sounds of nature wash the stress away. The owners couldn't have been nicer or more informative. A pure delight... |
