Do stop by Pegram Lake while you're in this part of North Carolina. Pegram Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is when it's the driest. At Pegram Lake you can spot Rich Mountain, and if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Green River. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Pegram Lake you can play some golf at Kenmure Country Club;

Summertime highs at Pegram Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Pegram Lake dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. Lake is close to The Narrows which is certainly worth stopping at. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains.
Now, you may imagine that's lots but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Pegram Lake. Dry
warm beds await you at Heaven's View Motel; Pegram Lake Dam is stunning. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Pegram Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Red Gates is a pleasant location for that, and if
you need a site to stay Cabin Fever is a great choice.
This site, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors cool things. If you get bored of Pegram Lake, you could also go to close by Lake Curtis, and Big Hungry Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby.
