This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Cascade Trail is good fun; you can run the rapids of Yadkin River. Parrish Lake is a wet place that gets a large amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain while November is regularly the driest month. Some nearby water includes Hunters Creek, and Parrish Lake is right by the Moores Knob Trail. The Cooks Wall Trail offers       hiking at its best, and dry warm beds await you at Clemmons Super 8 Motel. This lake is so wonderful. If you're popping by Parrish Lake from Winston-Salem, you won't be the only one, and camping at Parrish Lake is good fun, Pioneer Village Family Campground is a good local campground. Golf can be played at Grandview Golf Club, and if you came for an overnight stay Tanglewood Family Resort is a pleasant site to camp.
