Be careful coming to the Blue Ridge Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. Going for a hike on the Shut-In Trail is always a pleasant adventure. Blue Ridge Parkway is a very magnificent site to stop at near Osceola Lake; there are some perfect whitewater spots on Big Hungry Creek. Osceola Lake is a nice location to visit for more than one day, Big willow Campground       is a nice location to camp nearby, and dry warm beds await you at The Waverly Inn. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. While you're here at Osceola Lake, you could also have a look at picturesque Lugana Lake; a round of golf at nearby Hendersonville Country Club is a tremendous way to kill some time. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Ski Beech is one of those things you just ought to do, and do stop at Crooked Creek Lake, it's a beautiful lake.                  Osceola Lake is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Near Osceola Lake you come across the Side Hill Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail, and Camper Cargo is a tremendous campground nearby. Yeah, come up here to the Blue Ridge Mountains for a glorious time. The Mullinax Trail is a wonderful hiking trail next to Osceola Lake, and don't leave Osceola Lake without first paying a visit to Crystal Spring. All the outdoors exciting things in the Blue Ridge Mountains will keep you coming back repeatedly. If you're here at Osceola Lake, you could go to Finley Creek, and if you need a location to stay Hendersonville-Days Inn is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Green River offers some glorious whitewater; you don’t have to go far from Osceola Lake to make out the water at Osceola Lake Dam. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Osceola Lake. A great view of wonderful Rutledge Mountain is available from Osceola Lake, and during your journey here you'll meet some folks from Asheville for sure. All through the warm days of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Osceola Lake. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Osceola Lake.
