If you are traveling by, why not stop by Osage Lake. Osage Lake is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Scaly Mountain; there are glorious locations to explore along the Three Forks Trail. Man, is there plenty of exciting stuff to do next to Osage Lake. Don't leave Osage Lake without first going for a hike along the Bartram Trail; Osage Lake is pleasant enough

| | to spend more than a day at, Vanhook Glade Campground is a pleasant local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. A cool spot to stop at in the neighborhood of Osage Lake is The Catstairs, and a lake close by is Fisher Lake. Yeah, come up here to the Blue Ridge Mountains for a pleasant time. The snow is nice at Sky Valley; Beegum Gap is absolutely a wonderful place to pop by. Be careful coming to the Blue Ridge Mountains, you might not ever wanna return home | |

again. There's pleasant hiking along the Shortoff Mountain Trail.
Ramada Inn is a brilliant place to get some rest, and a golf course close by is Highlands Falls Country Club Pool & Tennis. If only every place had this much outdoors
amusing things, what a great world it would be. If you need a location to stay Dillard House is a great choice; there's whitewater on Middle Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. All the outdoors amusing things in the Blue Ridge
Mountains will keep you coming back again and again. A wonderful spot like The Flat here at Osage Lake is too fine to miss, and Osage Lake Dam is not far at all from Osage Lake.
During the months of summer highs here at Osage
Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are usually in the 40's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Osage Lake fall into the 20's. Don't
forget to take a tremendous little journey to Jake Branch; you can see Ford Mountain from Osage Lake. You can run the rapids of Cullasaja River in close proximity to Osage Lake. There's so much to do here at Osage Lake that you need
to camp here for a while, Blue Valley Campground is a wonderful location for that.
Osage Lake gets a large amount of water; throughout the month of March you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is July.
