Beautiful Oldham Lake One has much to offer visitors. Summer at Oldham Lake One comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Oldham Lake One. This lake is so wonderful. Near Oldham Lake One you hit upon the Campbell Creek Loop which is a great hiking
trail, and for you golfers we recommend close by Sanford Golf Course. The Lanier Falls Trail is a wonderful hiking trail in the neighborhood of Oldham Lake One; going for a hike on the Northington Ferry Trail is always a fine adventure.
Oldham Lake Upper Dam is worth going to if you're here, and there's whitewater on Bear Creek for all you adrenaline people.
