Northshore Lake Dam is beautiful and it's close to Northshore Lake, and camping at Champion Cheerleading Camps is always a wonderful experience. Dry warm beds await you at Raleigh Days Inn North; get your heart beating on the brilliant whitewater of Neuse River. Northshore Lake is not the only site nearby, Beaman Lake is a nearby lake; lots of folks from Raleigh-Cary come here. This lake is so wonderful. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a magnificent time here at Northshore Lake. Northshore Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Broadreach Summer Adventures is a great local campground, naturally you could also take a look at Peus Pond while you're here; it's not far at all. in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's; night lows at Northshore Lake all through the wintertime typically fall into the 20's.

Beaverdam Lake
 | Beaverdam Lake is really a part of Falls Lake. It is approximately fifteen minutes north of the I-540 beltway on Highway 50. Beaverdam Lake is separated from the main lake by a partial dam and bridge. It is approximately 500 acres in size.
Beaverdam Lake is restricted; no gasoline engines are allowed. This makes it a great place for kayaks, canoes, sailboats and electric-motor propelled boats. It has a very nice concrete boat ramp and adjacent dock, and has a very large parking lot. Adjacent to the boat launching ramp is a nice sand beach with floats delineating the swimming area and a small pavilion.
