Not far from Noname, you'll locate Yellow Jacket Lake which is a stunning lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Noname has to offer, you can camp at W Kerr Scott Dam and Reservoir. Noname typically gets a good deal of precipitation; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and November on the other hand is the driest. Moravian Falls is a beautiful place to pop       by while you're at Noname, and get drenched paddling on Reddies River. This lake is so wonderful. West Prong Moravian Creek is close to Noname and is always a diversion to go to; if you need a location to stay Hampton Inn Wilkesboro is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore close by Noname. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
