Noname is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. A great spot near Noname is Kilby Gap, and Moravian Falls is a beautiful place to stop at while you're at Noname. If you get bored of Noname, you could also go to close by Noname, and if you're here, you could visit West Prong Moravian Creek. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Blue Ridge       Mountains. If you came for an overnight stay Wilkes County Reservoir Park is a good site to camp, also Ritchie Dam is worth visiting since you're here. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Noname, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Noname. This location, the Blue Ridge Mountains, has so much outdoors cool things. Get                  yourself into a kayak and hit Reddies River, and Red Carpet Inn is a delightful place to get some rest. Now, you may feel that's a load but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Noname. There are some good whitewater spots on Yadkin River, and camping at Noname is magnificent fun, W Kerr Scott Dam and Reservoir is a magnificent local campground. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Hampton Inn, and at Noname you always meet someone from North Wilkesboro.
