This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling on Reddies River, and Deater Dam is an interesting thing to check out. Camping is available at Wilkes County Reservoir Park, and if you need a place to stay Red Carpet Inn is a delightful choice. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Yadkin River; there are plenty of people from North Wilkesboro here. All       through the summer at Noname temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and the overnight is somewhat chillier of course, mostly in the 60's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's; night lows during the winter for Noname tend to be in the 20's. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Blue Ridge Mountains. A great location to camp here at Noname is Hiddenite Family Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Red                  Carpet Inn Wilkesboro. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Noname. Hiking along the Dogwood Trail is great fun.
