Noname commonly gets a large amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls through March; the driest month is April. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Toxaway Creek is so much fun, and don't leave Noname without first paying a visit to Whitewater Falls. Just can't get enough of Noname. After a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Brevard is a glorious site to spend a night or two. But wait, there's more to       do close to Noname. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Noname has to offer, you can camp at Lazy J Campground; going for a hike on the Art Loeb Trail is always a fine adventure. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Sapphire Valley Resort, of course you could also stop at Blue Ridge Hills Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. Ann Creek flows through this neighborhood,                  and there are brilliant locations to look at along the Foothills Trail. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. While you're here at Noname you will meet lots of folks from close by Brevard; Round Mountain Gap is also a tremendous place to explore. The Wilds Dam is not far at all from Noname; get wet paddling on Toxaway River. A lake close by is Frozen Lake, and Frozen Knob is easy to spot from Noname. The warmest time of the year at Noname arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Highs all through the winter are mostly in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Noname. Yep, outdoors cool things truly is bountiful here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
