     North Carolina has many beautiful lakes and Noname is one of them. Throughout the days of summer highs here at Noname get into the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Noname. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things in the Blue Ridge Mountains. That right there is a lot of fun things already but it goes on, the Blue Ridge Mountains  
   has it all. Nearby lakes? Sure, Cliffside Lake is close to Noname; you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Whiteside Mountain National Recreation Trail.
And that's not all you can do here at Noname. Highlands Falls Country Club Pool & Tennis is a nice golf course close by, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Sky Valley. Noname is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Old Edwards Inn and Spa is a great place to
 
               get some rest, and perfect water scenery is available at R C Balfour Lower Dam near Noname.
That right there is a lot already, but it continues; Noname has it all. A journey to Buckhorn Gap is always fun, and Scaly Mountain is a very popular ski area in close proximity. A spree to Noname wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Cullasaja Falls, and it's a fine idea to stop at Bennies Branch. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Cullasaja River; Noname is right by the Shortoff Mountain Trail.
Be careful coming to the Blue Ridge Mountains, you might not ever wanna go home again. If you need a site to stay The Inn at Half Mile Farm is a splendid choice, and if you came to camp Vanhook Glade Campground is a great location to do that. Take a hike on the Three Forks Trail, and one of the main traits of the surroundings of Noname is Buckhorn Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Noname is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Old Corundum Millsite Campground is a delightful local campground, and you're perhaps addicted to lakes, Highlands Lake is one of those close by.
Noname is a rather wet place typically with a lot of precipitation; throughout March this area sees the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.
