Noname is a wet spot that gets a lot of rain; most of the rain falls throughout July, and April is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Sanford; Jordan Dam RV Park and Campground is a glorious campground nearby. Quality Inn Sanford is a perfect place to get some rest, and if you're here,       you could go to Indian Creek. You could also go to Carolina Forest Lake while you're here at Noname; it's close by. For the duration of the summertime here at Noname, high temperatures generally get into the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. All through the winter the highs are typically in the 40's; overnight lows in the 20's for Noname. There are some fine whitewater spots on Rocky River, and fine water scenery is available at Gourley                  Dam near Noname.
