The yearly rain here at Noname is about average; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You can run the rapids of New River close to Noname, and not far from Noname you'll locate Willis Lake which is a wonderful lake. If you need a place to stay Alleghany Inn is a great choice, and don't leave Noname without first checking out Devils Garden. During your visit to Noname you'll meet some folks from North Wilkesboro for sure, and do take a hike on the Dogwood | |

Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Have a nice hiking adventure along the Perkins Knob Trail. There's so much to do here at Noname that you need to camp here for a while, New River Canoe and Campground is a tremendous location
for that. While you're here at Noname you can take a hike along the Mountain Trail, and Air Bellows Dam is charming. So much amusing stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains, not enough time. One of the major marks of the surroundings
of Noname is Green Mountain, and golf can be played at Olde Beau Golf Club.
Summer brings highs in the 80's to Noname, and the overnight is somewhat colder of course, generally in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently
in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Noname. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at New River Canoe Rentals, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try No Head Branch.
