Camping is available at Greensboro Campground, and naturally, this is a magnificent area       for folks who like lakes, Teague Lake is a lake in the vicinity. All the water falling down from the sky makes Nelsons Lake a wet spot; the wettest month of the year is frequently July, that's the one that rains the most while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. High temperatures at Nelsons Lake through the summer are in the 80's, and the nighttime is quite chillier of course, frequently in the 60's.
