And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do next to Nelson Lake. Summertime highs at Nelson Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's while night lows are regularly in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's; during the dark hours in the winter at Nelson Lake temperatures fall to the 20's. Nelson Lake is a relatively wet place       ordinarily with a good deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is July while April is commonly the driest month. After a long day outdoors Days Inn Cheraw is a perfect spot to spend a night or two, and a lake close by is Moran McLendon Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
