Whiteoak Creek is a delightful whitewater spot in close proximity to Nantahala Lake; the CHoga Trail offers hiking at its best. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Great Smoky       Mountains. Here at Nantahala Lake you can catch a glimpse of Beech Cove Knob, and some close by water includes Appletree Branch. For the period of the warmest time of the year here at Nantahala Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's. Summer night lows fall down to the 60's.
