This lake is so wonderful. A delightful place to camp here at Mother Earth Upper is Camp Carolina, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Laurel Mountain Trail. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! The Blue Ridge Mountains rules! Camping at Little River Camping Resort is always a fine experience, and Fodderstack
Mountain is painless to spot from Mother Earth Upper. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Ski Beech; hiking is a popular thing to do around Mother Earth Upper; Mullinax Trail is a great local trail. During
the summer here at Mother Earth Upper, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Mother Earth Upper dipping down
into the 20's during winter nights.
If only every spot had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great world it would be. Since you're here at Mother Earth Upper why not go to Ballard Gap, and Mother Earth Upper Dam is a
delightful place, undeniably worth going to. A visit to Blue Ridge Parkway is recommended; there are plenty of people from Brevard here at Mother Earth Upper. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Black Mountain Trail, and
since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Pierce Lake.
Mother Earth Upper is a wet site that gets a great deal of precipitation; March is when you get the most rain here, and October on the other hand is the driest.
