Moss Lake is a lake worth visiting. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Moss Lake. If you need a location to stay Value Place Shelby is a pleasant choice; naturally, this is a good region for folks who like lakes, Beams Lake is a lake around here. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Shelby@Hwy 74, Nc; if you came to camp Kings Mountain State Park is a great site to do that. There's always Moss Dam to stop by right

Moss Lake gets lots of water; August is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is November. For the period of the long summer days at Moss Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 50's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Moss Lake drop into | |

the 20's. This lake is so wonderful.
You can run the rapids of Broad River in the neighborhood of Moss Lake, and Moss Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Woodland Park Campground is a pleasant local campground.
Near Moss Lake you locate a golf course called Woodbridge Golf Club, and you'll most likely meet some folks from Shelby here. This lake is so wonderful. Some of the water nearby flows, like Muddy Fork, and probably you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Kings Mountain Reservoir is just a very short distance away.
