The beauty of Moretz Lake is reason enough to stop by. Moretz Lake is one of the lakes here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. All year is a delightful time in the Blue Ridge Mountains if you adore the outdoors. There are other places here than Moretz Lake, for example Fox Lake, and there's whitewater on Yadkin River for all you adrenaline kick people. Moretz Lake is a wet place that gets lots of rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout August, and January meanwhile

Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the Blue Ridge Mountains. There's some interesting stuff to see at Moretz Dam close to Moretz Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Elk Creek. here at Moretz Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Lake Hickory RV Resort, and while you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Hickory-Morganton-Lenoir. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at
Pine Mountain Campground if you're here at Moretz Lake; a good close by hotel is Red Roof Inn Hickory.
Sal Teague Hill is uncomplicated to spot from Moretz Lake, and if you need a place to stay Park Inn Hickory is a delightful choice.
