most rain, and the driest month is October. Dry warm beds await you at Chatuge Mountain Inn, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Thorn Mountain Trail. So many amusing things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains, not
enough time. Stay the night at Deep Gap Primitive Campground, and if you've had enough of Moore Creek Lower Lake, Moore Creek Upper Lake is nearby.
