All the water falling down from the sky makes Mintz Pond a wet place; the month with most of the rain is July while November is regularly the driest month. Float down the rapids of Upper Little River in a kayak.

 | Smith lake is a nice place to camp, bike ride and swim. I have 3 young children and they had a BLAST! We plan on going again very soon. Bathrooms were clean and out of some of the campsites I've been to this is the one I like....Nice area for hiking, running, mt biking. Also nice beach area for the summer.... |
