This lake is so wonderful. It's a good idea to pop by Bill Branch, it's near Middle Gambill Lake, and an afternoon playing golf at Grandview Golf Club is always a diversion. Through the summertime months at Middle Gambill Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 60's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's while Middle Gambill Lake night low temperatures       through the wintertime are in the 20's. There's whitewater on Yadkin River for all you thrill seekers. There is a pleasant hiking trail close to Middle Gambill Lake called the Moores Knob Trail; Middle Gambill Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Jomeokee Campground is a fine local campground.
