The beauty of Melrose Lake is reason enough to stop by. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in close proximity to Melrose Lake. | | the year is January. A nice close by hotel is Pearson Falls Gate House, and glide down the rapids of North Pacolet River in a kayak.
If you're a golfer then a splendid nearby course is Kenmure Country Club, and Heaven's View Motel is a brilliant spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, North Saluda River offers some pleasant whitewater, and if you've had enough of Melrose
Lake, Bullseye Orchard Lake is close by. Summer at Melrose Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 40's, and
during the dark hours in the winter at Melrose Lake temperatures dip to the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. If you're popping by Melrose Lake from Greenville, you won't be the only one.
