The beauty of McElrath Lake attracts many people from all around. So much fun stuff to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains, too good to be true. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Asheville is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Shut-In Trail. This place, McElrath Lake, it truly has so much outdoors cool stuff. Bad Fork is a great local stream. Summertime highs at McElrath Lake usually tend

| | to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's while McElrath Lake overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Drift down the rapids of Davidson River in a kayak, and good skiing awaits you at Wolf Laurel. There's so much to do here at McElrath Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Mountain Laurel Resort is a perfect location | |

for that, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Side Hill Trail. All year is a delightful time in the Blue Ridge Mountains if you adore the outdoors. High Vista Country Club is a golf course near McElrath Lake, and
if you came to camp Lake Powhatan Campground is a good location to do that. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains. McElrath Lake is a quite wet place commonly with much precipitation; March is when you get
the most rain here while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Little River; close by you locate the Laurel Mountain Trail which is a nice hiking trail. Yeah, come here
to McElrath Lake for a great time. Here at McElrath Lake there are plenty of people from Asheville, and you can make out Bryson Mountain from McElrath Lake. Allen Gap is a glorious location to spend some time at, and skiing at Ski
Beech is one of those things you just ought to do. This lake is so wonderful. Blue Ridge Parkway is a pleasant place near McElrath Lake, and Etowah Valley Country Club is a nice location to get some rest.
