This delightful lake has 85 miles of shoreline and 4 square miles of surface area.
There are plenty of people from Virgilina here at Mayo Reservoir; Crutchfield Branch is one of the streams nearby that might be worth stopping at. Some close by water includes Crutchfield Branch, and do have a look at Hyco Lake, it's a wonderful lake. There's so much to do here at Mayo Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Staunton River State Park is a good
site for that. After a long day outdoors Americas Best Value Inn And Suites South Boston is a great place to spend a night or two. Mayo Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Buffalo Park is a good local campground.
