    Many people like to go to Marshall Watershed Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Great Smoky Mountains. Through the warmest time of the year at Marshall Watershed Lake highs are mostly in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Marshall Watershed Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. There is a delightful hiking trail  
   near Marshall Watershed Lake called the Dixon Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Walnut Creek.
What a location this is for outdoors folks. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Ski Beech. Dry warm beds await you at Asheville Days Inn Woodfin. There's so much to do here at Marshall Watershed Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hemlock Hollow Inn - Farm, Shoppe & Cabins is a good site for that. This lake is so wonderful. On a perfect day at Marshall
 
               Watershed Lake you can take a hike along the Pounding Mill Trail, also NC Noname Two-Hundred Thirteen Dam is worth checking out while you're here.
Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things near Marshall Watershed Lake. Appletree Branch is a great location to stop at, and the Whiteoak Flats Trail is a tremendous hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Meadow Fork Campground is a magnificent site to do that, and Blue Ridge Parkway is one of the destinations that are good to check out nearby. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the Great Smoky Mountains has to offer. Comfort Inn Mars Hill is a brilliant spot to get some rest; High Knob is clearly visible from Marshall Watershed Lake.
Get drenched paddling on Brush Creek, and you're sure to come across some cheerful folks from Asheville here. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! The Great Smoky Mountains is excellent! Wolf Laurel is a great local ski area; a delightful spot to visit is Allman Hollow. A lot of precipitation falls at Marshall Watershed Lake; the wettest month of the year is commonly July, that's the one that rains the most, and October is the month with the least moisture.
