Mahler Pond is a lake worth visiting. If you get bored of Mahler Pond, you could also go to nearby Lake Lanier, and since you're here, you could go to Horse Creek. The high level of rain makes Mahler Pond a relatively wet location; all through the month of August you get the most rain around here while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Mockingbird Hill is magnificent.
I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a magnificent time here at Mahler Pond. If you need a place to stay Columbus/Tryon Days Inn is a brilliant choice, and Deering Milliken Lake is a nearby lake that
you could check out. There's some interesting stuff to distinguish at Mahlers Pond Dam in the vicinity of Mahler Pond, and a golf course nearby is Meadowbrook Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful.
