What a nice lake Lyday Lake is. High temperatures at Lyday Lake during the warmest time of the year are in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. Highs through the winter are commonly in the 40's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Lyday Lake descend into the 20's. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff truly is abundant here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Shut-In Trail offers hiking at its best; you can stay the night at Mountain Laurel

This lake is so wonderful. A golf course near Lyday Lake is Cummings Cove Golf & Country Club. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lyday Lake has to offer, you can camp at Little River Camping Resort. But wait, there's more to do near Lyday Lake. location to get some rest. A delightful spot near Lyday Lake is Jim Gap, and paddling on Little River is so much fun.
If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Dry warm beds await
you at Fairfield Inn By Marriott Asheville, and popping by Blue Ridge Parkway is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Lyday Lake is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This place, Lyday Lake, it completely has so much
outdoors fun stuff. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lyday Lake; Laurel Mountain Trail is a fine local trail, and you're sure to come across some nice people from Asheville here.
Lyday Lake is a reasonably wet place regularly
with much precipitation; during March this area sees the most rain; October is the month with the least moisture. The scenery at Forge Mountain Grist Mill Dam in the vicinity of Lyday Lake is pretty, and the sight of Brock Mountain
is beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Mullinax Trail, and you're perhaps hooked on lakes, Pierce Lake is one of those nearby.
Getting to Betty Branch from Lyday Lake is trouble-free; get wet paddling on Little River.
