After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Select Winston-Salem-Univ Pkwy, Nc is a tremendous place to spend a night or two, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Stonewall Golf Course. You don’t have to go far from Lower Temora Lake to catch a glimpse of the water at Lower Temora Lake Dam, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Hanging Rock Trail. This lake       is so wonderful. High temperatures at Lower Temora Lake through the summertime are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. All through the wintertime highs are usually in the 40's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Lower Temora Lake tend to be in the 20's. On a perfect day at Lower Temora Lake you can take a hike along the Cascade Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Winston-Salem/Univ. Pkwy. This lake is so wonderful.                  Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Cooks Wall Trail; while you're here, you could stop at Lucy Branch. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lower Temora Lake a wet site; the wettest month of the year is regularly March, that's the one that rains the most while November is regularly the driest month. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Lower Temora Lake. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lower Temora Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sunset Park Campground, and there are plenty of folks from Winston-Salem here.
