Man, is there lots of fun stuff to do in the neighborhood of Lommond Lake. Take a side visit to Persimmon Creek; dry warm beds await you at Cottonade Square Guest Inn. Value Place Fayetteville CD is a magnificent spot to get some rest, and the scenery at Loraine Lake Dam is beautiful. Lommond Lake gets a lot of water; July is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is November. Soar down the       rapids of Little River in a kayak. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lommond Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lazy Acres. There's so much to do here at Lommond Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Fayetteville Koa is a magnificent site for that; you're probably addicted to lakes, Beaver Creek Pond is one of those close by. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Ole Bluff Golf Course,                  and lots of people from Fayetteville come here. All through the warm months highs here at Lommond Lake get into the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's.
