Lake Logan is always a pleasure to visit. Nearby lakes? Sure, Lake Logan is close to Lake Logan; Lake Logan Dam is not far at all from Lake Logan. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains. Big Creek is a delightful site to visit, and the Thompson Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot.

If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Waynesville Country Club Inn & Starter is in close proximity, and a wonderful nearby hotel is Lake View Motel & Country. All the outdoors fun stuff in the Blue Ridge Mountains will keep you coming back time and again. A great deal of rainfall falls at Lake Logan; the month with most of the rain is July, and October meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Pigeon River - West Fork, and great hiking
is available along the Art Loeb Trail. Riverhouse Acres is a good campground here, and Curtis Cove is also a nice spot to explore.
Now, you may assume that's a lot but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Lake Logan.
Stay the night at Hemphill Mountain Campground, and there are plenty of people from Brevard here. Summertime highs at Lake Logan ordinarily tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. Daytime
highs during the winter are in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake Logan temperatures dip to the 20's. Lake Logan is one of the lakes here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
