The beauty of Little River Camp Lake is reason enough to stop by. Summertime at Little River Camp Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. more enjoyable things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Take a little spree to Ailents Cove Branch while you're here at Little River Camp Lake, and the Laurel Mountain Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby. Going for a hike along the
Mullinax Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and if you need a spot to stay Pisgah Inn is a pleasant choice. Glen Cannon Country Club Golf is a nice golf course close by. You don’t have to go far from
Little River Camp Lake to catch a glimpse of the water at Little River Camp Dam, and if you came to camp Black Forest Family Camping is a good site to do that. If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Little
River Camp Lake. Little River Camp Lake is not the only spot close by, Cascade Lake is a close by lake; if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Black Mountain Trail.
